Ever since I came across this photo gallery of cheese making in the Swiss Alps, I’ve been mesmerized with the process for making cheese. It seems easier than making beer. I found this amazing page of recipes that I’d love to try someday. I think I’ll start with a greek yogurt. This summer I should stop by one of the Vermont farms to see if I can get sheep’s milk.
