RIP: A Tribute To The Jaws Ride At Universal Studios

It’s kinda sad watching this video. I never did get to the Jaws ride at Universal Studios, but Jaws was a huge part of my childhood. I still check swimming pools and lakes for sharks before I jump in, thanks to Steven Speilberg.

After nearly 22 years of mechanical breakdowns and temporarily closings, the Jaws attraction at Universal Studios in Orlando gave its final ride this week to a handful of lucky tourists and Floridians. Here are some photos and video of the amusement park goers’ last experience with the great white robotic shark.
